We are pleased to invite you to a sale exhibition of Frantisek Kavan, which takes place from 5th of May to 25th of August in connection with a new monography of this author being published. We would like to let you know, that you can contact us in case you wish to offer your paintings of Kavan for the exhibition or sale.In the middle of april 2009 a new monography of Frantisek Kavan, one of the most important czech landscape painters,was published. The book is written by a recognized and well-known art historian PhDr. Michael Zachar. It contains 217 pages, more than 170 colour reproductions, many unpublished photos from Kavan´s life, and extensive inventory of his work with 1116 paintings mainly from private owners. We will be happy to show new monography to you in our gallery.
